The Hoffmann Museum is located in the historic brick kiln built in 1954, which operated until 1984, symbolizing an era when the local ceramics and construction industries flourished.
After being abandoned, the site, of great historical and cultural value, was acquired by the Municipality of Caltagirone and, following a public tender, was entrusted to the management of the company 0 Zero srl Impresa Sociale.
The conservative restoration was conceived to make the furnace not only a cultural container, but a museum object itself.
